Dr. Khalid is consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist committed to providing excellent care in every stage of a women§Ó??s life. She has special interests in :

• Pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence
• Minimal invasive surgery
  Laparoscopic procedures both basic and advanced
• Hysteroscopy
• Colposcopy - abnormal cervical screening test, post coital bleeding
• Pelvic pain - endometrosis and chronic pelvic pain
• Menstrual disorders and infertility
• Outpatient IUD inserting and contraception
• Adolescent gynaecology
• Low and high risk pregnancy - Twins, vaginal birth after C-section, etc.
• Postnatal care
• Pre-pregnancy counseling

Dr. Khalid is actively involved in medical teaching (University of Melbourne) and supervision of Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology trainees. Dr. Khalid is happy to be involved in shared antinatal care with general practitioners.
